Funded projects include work with the Florida Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials and the Florida Department of Labor (currently known as the Agency for Workforce Innovation). She has worked with county extension offices through out Florida and has written Extension publications and refereed articles.
She is the founder and former president of the Association of Leadership Educators, a nonprofit membership organization focused on leadership education for professional educators
